our ASpen OfficesIn 2006, we purchased a historic miner's cottage at the corner of Hunter and East Hopkins, across the street from Alpine Bank and at the center of Aspen's Saturday Farmers Market. We transformed it into our Aspen office. The building is one of three adjacent cottages, built in the late 1880's. The cottages were in danger of falling down until developers Greg and Jane Hills came up with an innovative and attractive way of saving them. They plucked them up and moved them forward on the lots, then designed townhomes behind them which were patterned after the historic mercantile buildings of downtown Aspen. The project, bordered by a park and City Hall to the west and historic St. Mary's Church and rectory to the north, received a lot of positive press. We couldn't be more proud of our "digs" -- they are not only handsome and comfortable; they also feature some innovative green design ideas. We invite you to come in for a tour. We're also proud of our landmark Snowmass office, our first restored office in an 1890-something farmhouse. We continue to focus on Aspen, Snowmass and Basalt/ El Jebel real estate, our niche. Stop by our Hpkins office for more straight talk about real estate, or just to visit over a cup of coffee. And on Fridays there's always HOMEMADE PIE!
We’ve always promised our clients the moon and the stars. But in 2017, we’re the ones in seventh heaven, as we announced our partnership with the stellar team at Leverich & Carr. It seemed so simple, really. Two fiercely independent teams — fire in their bellies, integrity their watchword — primed to craft a vision together for the future. |
