Meet our irrepressible Brit, Rebecca, who comes to us with an enviable background in just about everything. First, she carries a Masters from London College of Law. While Rebecca loved what law taught her, she found juris to be more prudence than passion. So, she doffed her robes and turned to real estate — a natural move, considering she’d already been handling legal transactions for high end investors and REITs in London’s complex market. Rebecca had found her calling, loving the fast-pace, dynamic nature of our business. As she succinctly expresses it, “Law never changes but in real estate, people and places always do.” With change on the agenda, Rebecca bid goodbye to Britain and followed her family to the States. Marriage, several successful entrepreneurial ventures, and a U.S. broker’s license soon followed. Rebecca’s love of people, places and getting it all to work is what makes her tick. Looking for a second home or an investment? Rebecca will crunch the numbers. Craving a home in our paradise for family retreats? Rebecca will ferret out the gems. With an eye for detail, she’ll juggle myriad requirements, edit options, and present the best without wasting time. And then there’s contact. It’s constant. In a market this desirable, both buyers and sellers want instantaneous updates. Her watchwords: Silence is not a good thing for anyone in a real estate transaction.
