If small packages bode well, then Nancy surely delivers the goods. With some serious achievements like graduating Harvard with honors, while raising two very small kids, Nancy early on chose perseverance and determination as the road to travel.
Nancy’s called Aspen home for over forty years. In that time, she has thoroughly integrated herself into the community, taking the gavel at the Aspen Women’s Forum, supporting ballet and theater, and then joining a prestigious architectural practice as lead designer. A fortuitous meeting with Chris Leverich resulted in two like-minds with a passion for excellence (and, it turned out, each other) joining forces. Both licensed brokers, Chris and Nancy cut a swath in real estate, with Nancy choosing to keep Chris and their office organized, aligned, and the finances in order.
Nancy’s instinctive sense of other’s potential makes her the office litmus test. To hire or not to hire, Nancy has the final say. Doer or delegator? Nancy laughs. If it needs doing, she’s the one that gets it accomplished.
