I know Aspen like
nobody knows Aspen. The
land, the special places, the
hard-to-find properties, and
how everything works here.
This
comes from being a broker since
1992, from living and breathing
property management before that
and from running numerous homeowner
associations and directing countless
board meetings.
My
working philosophy is straightforward: if
my client's not happy, I'm not
happy. I'm a perfectionist,
a handshake person, one of the
highest producers in this valley.
If
I tell you it will be done, it
will be done. But I also
live for doing the extra things,
like taking clients to my special
fishing and hiking places they
might never discover. People
think it's hard work, coming
up with spectacular homes and
places.
I
wouldn't call it hard, and I
wouldn't call it work. I'll
call it the Great Real Estate
Adventure.
