INTERIOR FEATURES

The second you enter the front door of this sweet mountain home, the feeling is immediate: you are warm, welcomed, and completely at ease. Light and bright hardwood flooring unifies the main living spaces. Solid knotty pine doors, pine door and window trim, and a central pine beam marking the top of the high, vaulted ceiling add a distinctively inviting glow. Great Room
The central seating area in the great room is focused on a large, diagonally set woodburning fireplace. The rounded river rock hearth and surround are paired with a log split wood mantle that reflects the rocks’ gentle curves. Two cozy chenille love seats and a mission-style rocking chair with leather cushion are arranged conversationally around a rough-hewn wood coffee table.
The great room flows into the dining room, where a rectangular distressed pine table sits atop a sisal rug and is surrounded by six ladder-back chairs with upholstered seats. Kitchen
The U-shaped kitchen is designed for a chef, perfect for a family, and ready for entertaining. The kitchen is completely open to the dining room and open to the great room over a high bar. The side of the bar facing the great room has a row of cherry cabinets for extra storage.
Granite slab in mid-tone neutrals tops the kitchen’s cherry cabinetry. The upper cabinets have crown molding and several have glass fronts for displaying your treasured glassware. There’s even a roll-out cupboard for your refuse and recycling bins.

Family Room
The very definition of “multi-purpose”, This is a room to watch movies with your kids, play games with your grandkids, and entertain your guests. The vaulted ceiling is covered in wood planks and has an enormous skylight. A sliding glass door leads out to the deck.
Framed with a custom built-in wall of cabinetry houses a wet bar. There’s a sink and a beverage refrigerator, and thick glass display shelves.
A large picture window (with beautiful down-valley views) is framed on both sides by yet another wall of beautiful built-in cabinetry. At the base of the cabinetry, blanket chests double as the central window seat and two benches. The top tier of the cabinetry offers bookshelf space for your library on one side of the window and a huge Toshiba flat screen television on the other.
Main seating area has two chenille love seats settled around a large leather ottoman. To the side, with a stunning view out the sliding glass doors, a cozy reading chair and ottoman await your quieter moments.
Traveling down the stairwell—it’s rustic log banister is prominent opposite the fireplace in the great room —you’ll find a family room, two bedrooms, a full bath and the master suite all on the lower level. Both the stairs and the entire lower level feature beige Berber carpet.

Lower Den
Welcoming and bright, with pine paneling along one wall. A sumptuous sectional couch, slip covered in denim, has throw pillows to match the valence above the sliding glass door leading to an adjacent patio. Crisp muslin curtains pair with the striped valence.

Guest Bath
Accessed from the family room, the off-white porcelain floor tiles are set diagonally and are accented with one-inch tiles at regular intervals. The shower features the same tile with a handsome accent strip. The shower has a built-in tile bench and is walled in glass. The bright chrome and porcelain fixtures, paired with a squared pedestal sink lend a classical flair and understated elegance to the room.

Guest Bedroom
Furnished in dapper dark woods, including the headboard and footboard of the queen-size bed, the bedside tables and the dresser. The tables and dresser have cherry tops and cedar-lined drawers. 2nd Guest Bedroom
Scrolled iron headboard and delicate iron bedside lamps are painted a crisp white, as are the bedside tables. On the queen-size bed, a fresh white-on-white polka dot bedskirt is contrasted with a vivid brown-red-orange striped duvet cover. The single-doored closet space extends under the stairs, provide more storage than you’d have guessed at first glance.

Master Suite
Generous and exudes a polished modern ambiance. Off-white, textural roman shades cover the sliding door that leads out to a private patio and oversized hot tub. Recently renovated and upgraded with a brand new, two-car garage. The roofing is cedar shake shingles and metal, the siding is cedar shake shingle and cedar plank.
The main entry greets you with a the beautiful yard, lovely flower beds, mature spruce and aspen trees, and a rolling lawn. A chair lift swing sits in dappled sunlight.
