Karen has held high-level positions as Comptroller, Vice President of Sales and Marketing and Managing Broker. She was worked for some of the largest property management, advertising and development firms in the nation, which has provided her with the skills necessary to support her clients’ goals. Her background in accounting and as a broker in real estate developing and investing is essential when it comes to buying or selling in a market as unique as Aspen. Whether working with entry level or experienced buyers to providing sophisticated market analysis, negotiating the best price and terms for sellers as a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) or working with the most consummate investment properties, Karen consistently stays on the cutting edge of technology and education so that her clients can make the most informed decisions. As of 2010 Karen has served as Treasurer for the Aspen Board of Realtors and now is serving as President.
